AMYN SUNDAY SCHOOL

The Australian Muslim Youth Network (AMYN) has been running Weekend Islamic School classes for children for close to 15 years. Striving to ensure high-quality education, AMYN provides a friendly Islamic atmosphere where the Sunday School program is being taught by approachable and well-informed teachers aiming at developing our children’s Islamic character to make them better members of the society while helping them at a time when they face many challenges in their lives.

Some useful information about the Weekend Islamic School:

The school classes are open to both boys and girls that are in prep or above. Classes are on every Sunday mornings from 9am – 12:45 pm. The classes run concurrently with the school term. Subjects taught include:

• Different Islamic studies topics with the focus on living in our contemporary society
• Quran recitation & Arabic Language with the aim of understading the Quran and writing arabic.
• These topics will be according to age level starting from prep to year 12 age level.

NOTE: Enrollment is essential.
Fee: A$50 per term / student ( capped at $120 per family per term)
